NORTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD

The Northeast neighborhood, located just north of Route 33 and east of Route 11 in Harrisonburg, is a great place to live. Highlights of this area include Ralph Sampson Park, Lucy F. Simms Continuing Education Center, and the Friendly City Food Co-op and it's a quick walk to all that downtown has to offer!

Homes in the Northeast neighborhood were generally built between the 1930s and the 1970s. Most homes are cape cods, bungalows, ranches, and colonials. Anyone looking for a  home at an affordable price in a location close to downtown will likely find something in this neighborhood.
